The Nevada Mining Association (NVMA) is proud to announce the promotion of Dylan Shaver to Vice President. Dylan joined NVMA in 2011 as Director of Public Affairs.

As Vice President of NVMA, Shaver will be responsible for the execution of the association’s strategic plan and member recruitment and retention. He will also continue his work as the public affairs and policy lead for the organization.

Shaver has more than 15 years of public policy, campaign and lobbying experience that make him a natural fit for this promotion.

Prior to joining the Nevada Mining Association, Dylan worked on more than two dozen political campaigns, served as an advisor to several elected officials, and founded the Sagebrush Nevada Group, where he served as both a campaign consultant and advocated for clients from variety of industries across the state.
