The “100 Best Corporate Citizens List” is determined based on an analysis of seven categories of publicly available information for more than 1,000 leading U.S. companies. The seven categories include: the Environment, Climate Change, Human Rights, Philanthropy, Employee Relations, Financial Perfor­mance and Governance. Stakeholders from investors to employees to govern­ment regulators monitor the “100 Best Corporate Citizens List” to help gauge a company’s performance.
